Nashae is the heart and inspiration behind Strive Concierge. Her journey in healthcare began at the young age of 18 when she became a Certified Nursing Assistant. From her very first patient interaction, it was clear that caring for others wasn’t just a job for her—it was a calling. With a natural gift for compassion and a relentless work ethic, Nashae quickly became a trusted and beloved caregiver in her community.
Driven by her passion for nursing and a desire to deepen her impact, Nashae pursued and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating at the top of her class. With over a decade of hands-on experience in home health care, she has built a career rooted in empathy, excellence, and a commitment to elevating the patient experience.
After serving in leadership and management roles within the healthcare industry, Nashae recognized a gap in the market for truly personalized, high-end care. She made the bold decision to step away from traditional models and launch Strive Concierge—a company founded on the belief that patients deserve more than just clinical care; they deserve luxury, dignity, and the highest level of attention at every stage of recovery and wellness.
As Chief Nursing Officer, Nashae continues to lead with both compassion and clinical expertise.
